Sorry to say that you are putting this stock down like a totally lame duck. That there is no uptick does not surprise me at all on reading the wire carefully. Item by item does not give us a conclusive result on anything at all. This is merely an update of events to keep shareholders informed. I think that any company trying to acquire shape goes thru ups and down until the ups remain. Sofar I am left with the impression that Fish is doing a great job. Would we still call this a Caveat..?
