Do you really think you can just e-mail pinksheets your false claims and they throw the company down to skull'n'bones??
That's a riot, I could e-mail SEC/FINRA/pinksheets for the whole day and make big moneys by shorting these companies?!?

There is a massive stock manipulation going on here, I was told there were about 150 Million shares short in the market, Scottrade placed 'Buys fail to deliver' on HTDS and LDSR and yet some guy high on dope reported to the pinksheets about these companies conducting illegal solicitation, so eventually Pinksheets knocks them down to a caveat emptor?!?

The truth is, they have about 3-4 days to file adequate disclosure info and obtain new CUSIP number so they can prove their claims about putting out veracious info are factual and true. And I do believe after a 'blackout' period the MMs will start building up the demand and the stocks will HAVE TO spike up to 2-3c.
