Unless the supplier in Germany is bancrupt they should be able to get back that money no? In fact they have to sue them if they don't give it back on their own.

What I don't get is that back then when they got this huge contract from Germany did they know that they don't have the capacity to do it? They never said a word about it (at least I didn't read it in any of their press releases) but suddenly they don't have the capacity to fullfill this contract.

Northern, do you happen to know the name of this supplier out of Germany?
