I don't get it- SPNG was forthcoming in their PR and 8k/A this morning about the perfectly understandable delays in filing the 10k. It sucks they have to re-do their 2008 k because Drakeford was a POS accounting firm. They probably tried to file their 10k last week, but the SEC rejected it because of the 2008 10-k which they referenced in it.

So to all you dumbasses who are selling this morning, PLEASE! drive the price down a little more. Buying at .10 will screw up my average, but .05-.06 or lower might start looking more attractive.
