With this news, AMNE should have really soared. Other than a buyout, this is the best news you could want. I don't think its MM's holding it down, it's not even on the radar. Unfortunately it's some of the 10 billion A/S being put into the market to raise capital to expand business. It's working so far, but will 10 billion be enough? I hope so.
