It was me both times, First he said it was being edgarized and then just a few moment ago he said the old accounting firm refuses to sign the 10-K

What does that mean? Is it the old accounting firm who was the one that completed the 10-K? Or does D&T have something to do with this?

This is really lame. I am not sure what to think...I also don't understand what will happen if the old accounting firm doesn't sign it...
