Because I dont stop calling him. Like I said, I called 18-20 times in a row each time before he answered my call. I pretty much jam his phone line until he is forced to take my call to prevent me from calling back....

This is INSANE.....he told me the old accounting firm refuses to sing the 10-K...and that Spongtech is trying to get a "waiver"

I said, "I thought you told me a few hours ago that the 10-K was filed already" He responded with something along the lines..."It has been filed, the old accounting firm will not sign off on it."

One time he said "sign" and the other time he said "Sign-off"

It doesnt make much sense to me....

what does everyone think?
