Im absolutely serious. I called his phone another 15-20 times before he answered. He was actually a little more upfront...

I said I thought you said you had already filed it....He said they did, they are just waiting for the old accounting firm to sign off on it...

I dont know what he means, he said they are working on it...but the old accounting firm will not sign the 10-K

What does this mean?
