I just talked to Steve Moskowtiz again.
I am speechless, he actually told me that the old accounting firm will not sign off on the 10-K....

I dont know what this means...this is horrible, I cannot believe these guys have screwed us over so hard....


What does that mean, the old accounting firm will not sing off on the 10-K?
