The point is that this 'halt' has nothing to do with halt you bear in mind: This has to do with temporary CUSIP number change so you're not gonna be able to trade it within this 'time-out' or a 'temporary halt' period. And yes, I was being serious for that build up pressure thing, not even a wonder the PPS spikes up to 2c!
