D & T my a$$. We got hoodwinked. No real company handles business this way. Real companies post months in advance the date and time for earnings and filings. they hold conf calls and do all sorts of nice stuff to keep shareholders in the loop. SPNG does nothing. "THEY KNOW NOTHING" in the words of Jim Cramer.
