Jerry -- "who sees a $13 million cap, how or why would you take a $30 million upfront to a higher up as something that you want to do". True, who's going to give Cortex a $30 million upfront for one asset, one indication, when they can buy the whole company for less?

I wouldn't be surprised if the deal MV alluded to involves a much smaller upfront, like $5 million or so.
