Is not Justin Woods the friend of Matt's from Florida who is alleged to have been the driver of the car full of money stopped in Texas that began this whole thing?

EVO may be missing but he seems to be legally active in his defense (or his lawyer is). I still wonder if he is on-the-run or in witness protection or what because I don't recall that ever being made precisely clear. . .
