You can see last years financials that were posted for 2008. 2009 info won't be posted till Sept ends and accountants do their thing. Not having 2009 info did open the stock to bashing, etc and part of the reason for folks keeping away. Not letting Jared off the hook for that even if it was related to supposed negotiations on legal issues.
