EPS guidance of .86 for 2011 gives the stock a great deal of room to rise. The company has also hinted at more fuel storage facilities besides the one they have and the one that's coming online fairly soon. At the current PPS of $1.55, the stock could easily trade over $10.00 in the next year. I wish they'd announce R/S ASAP, as this would give the stock a nice boost for uplisting. All these China small-caps have moved higher on R/S announcements, totally against the grain fro what we're all used to seeing with R/S announcements. That's because these companies aren't imaginary share-selling scams, but booing businesses that are all way the heck undervalued.
