Why is the PPS so high here?


Since EESO's ownership of the pink shell is in question (see Belmont law suit) then the current valuation should exclude the 2-350k value of the shell, ergo common shares @.002 are overvalued by at least 75% :)


Still lots of downside here. Wait till there is blood in the street (again) to buy any significant, or even small, amount of stock, if you're here to make money that is.
