I think people are hoping that it is the catalyst that will spur the action going forward. Its very weird, I knew about this before the symbol change and was told that they had A TON of pr's ready to go. Then the PSC debacle happened. The only thing I can figure is they are still holding these if and when the promo starts up again. If it is I would think it will be fairly soon or not at all. I might nibble on a bit here...
