This is why we need a BOD member outside the ES inner circle to keep the boys honest. And that's why mgmt wants to keep the inner circle intact. Can anyone answer what biotech experience the BOD has? Zero. Can anyone refute that?

And don't forget the 250,000 share options at $.39 at the end of last year for "performance"?
