lets think about this fellas....IF CTNO IS the parent company over the rest of CM's ventures, one would think it may be for good reason he has it se up that way...I.E. tax reason...heck I dont know....BUt back to the fact that CTNO is the parent, umbrella if you will.....WHY merge reverse merge your COVER company????????
