woohoo, love seeing those homebuilders at low of day.
An article in Forbes makes the bear case. A key point is that the historical discrepancy, or gap if you will, between high priced areas...coastal, big cities etc, and more inland, lower priced areas, has stretched a long way and is about due for a cycle back to less of a gap.
As well, the author suggests looking at semis , now at lows.
