The 8k for the 900M says the same thing, that the reduction is on the 22nd. I think it's crystal clear, just read the sept 8th 8K.

Ask them why the Sept 8th 8K says the 900M reduction is effective on the 22nd. They'll probably just give you their we don't police line. SPNG changed their mind. They lowered the reduction to 300M. But the 900M was to be effective on the 22nd. Clear as day.
