I bought that house at the top in '89 (great timing!), and had to wait until 2001 to sell it for breakeven!

We bought in NJ in March of 2001, the bottom during the Gulf war, and by closing time 2 months later, seller only had 4 letter expletives to describe how he felt about sales price and about me after I made him do 2 or 3 repairs.
