I don't know how anyone could claim it isn't going to happen... we have had an 8k on the issue...

Soapy has posted that the paper work has been filed with finra for a R\S...

the RS is going to happen...

hopefully this helps clear up that issue...

my guess is though those who doubt everything are going to continue to doubt even after the R\S....
