ya... unless you do the math correctly... I'm by no means saying it isn't high... but it isn't 640 bucks...

66,000 shares times .144 = $9,504

now they charge 1\2 percent of that... for stocks under 1 dollar..

9,504 *.005 = 47.52

then you add in the 7 dollars...
