Thanks Legalegaltx...I trade on ETRADE, too and was initially concerned, but Etrade's response makes perfect sense to acknowledge the risk and mitigate it for the protection of it's own shareholders and customers.

With the energy on this board right now, it can be unsettling when a basic tenant is embellished upon to instil fear....thanks for sharing the actual Etrade position. BK
