Typically, that is where you will have latent support and resistance levels, LG calls these "pivot" points, I believe,, and experience teaches that these are level where turn happens is the rest of the surrounding conditions are ripe. Right now, I don't think they will mean much and I expect the market to go through that level like through butter. Shorts still have no fear and are going to go loaded over the weekend...
