What is up? The industry can't be sure of the validity of any position that was deposited into accounts because of the bogus legal opinion letters used to split up and lift legends on RME held certs. If you didn't buy it in the secondary market, they do not want it in their accounts. If you transfer, they can't be sure of how your acquired the stock.

I think people will go to jail over this one and their initials are SM and MM. Many promoters will be asked to disgorge at the very least and it could be worse.
