I 100% share your statements. I will vote yes as well. I strongly believe that CS strategy is to make this company profitable. It might be that we need another funding round to accelerate testing in more lines than just TBI and I believe this will happen at market price. Speed up the entire product line is a big value for the company and therefore would more than make up a small dilution.
Who of the big investors is interested in further dilution? Nobody. Vatea is represented in the board and Management can do nothing without the big investors. The amount of A/S is really big and I first have to swallow this as well but going away from this OTCBB is much more important for the future of the company.
Further, and maybe somebody else can confirm this. Right now only very few companies are in the pipeline for IPO or uplisting. Based on my information this is going to change from 2nd quarter next year. If that is true which good Investment Bank is than interested in a small fish like OXBO? Now is the window.
Last point: if the products of the company are successful on the market additional dilution will be minimal anyway. If the products are not as good as we all believe the stock will suffer anyway. Do I believe in the products? Yes. We will see towards the end of the year what happens with the first product in the market.
