I see. I just remember around the time WII had their second system up Sony came out with the PS3 generation with the TV. It just may be a conicendence. We will not know who the buyer is until they release it and the deal is sealed and done with. I don't know too much about boomerang media I have heard of it but that is about it. Hey you never know utube, google etc started from scratch so it could be they may have something to it. I understand what old dog is saying pinks are volitile but some pinks come out to be top dog with potential. I have seen a few pinks jump from being pinks to OTCB and then onto the upper exchanges. They are few and far inbetween but you never know.

So far by looking at the PPS the MM's so far are controling it. Since their float is massive in dilution explains why the PPS is not moving as fast and the R/S they have done no matter what the buy and sell ratio may be I see this quite often in the pinks and OTCB when the AS and OS has such outstanding shares and CD's out if they did any toxic financing not up to including the R/S can cause damage to a stock beyond repair. No doubt I am sure some naked shorting going on also. I cannot see a company wanting to put out false information that can land them in hot water with the SEC since they are cracking down on such behavior when it comes to the retail investors. Even though pinks are lax then other exchanges they do have to follow the SEC if it gets complaints. It is their fudicary responsibility and it applies to all exchanges including the pinks. It's at any investors risk to know what they can afford to lose and gamble with.

Any buyer offer surely knows and has done their DD on the company in advance to make such an offer. Nobody has a clue what the offer contained and what stipulations if there was any. The buyer could buy out the float at the lower price but could take a long time and that buyer would have to file something to the SEC. I do not think anyone can buy more than I think is 5% of the float without taking over the company, buyout, hostile takeover etc INMHO. The buyer may alreay know something we retail investors don't and what the boomerang media might be worth in the long run and wants it right away who knows. This is all speculation on my part.

I know that if the offer is real then the shareholders have to approve of it or the stock contiunes unless the buyer is willing to up the ante. I was in a stock that had a buyout but the price was piddly considering the stock was higher then the offer of the buyout and they asked shareholders for approval and they turned it down because the stock's value in the long run was worth substantially more in the longrun. Now the way EWRC situated the numbers of the buyout was a bit confusing as it looks like the buyout was for a dollar and nintey cents not for a cent ninety. I would like them to actually clarify that number before approval if the buyout is legit.

Whatever happens the next trading days will be interesting entertainment for this month. I have only 60,000 shares and only paid about 100 bucks for this stock and not to worried about it and can toss away 100 bucks and not worry about it. It's a gamble and risk I know that but who knows it may pay off it may not but that's what stock trading is about. Sorry for long post.
