Legal stuff takes a bit if there is a disagreement or part that is not acceptabble, unless both parties agree on it with no qualms then it a sign off on both parties. Sometimes it can take a few days sometimes weeks. I am only assuming EWRC cannot release the name of the buyer until it is finalized however most companies do name the buyer when a buyout is immenent and a release date of the buyout and of course informing shareholders to vote to agree on the buyout. Mind you this is pinky land and anything goes.
