There are numerous different due dates for the various requirements pursuant to the written agreement with which we are in compliance with, including the ones you specifically note below. It is quite possible that there will be some back and forth dialogue regarding the plans we have submitted in order to fully satisfy the regulators but we are in compliance with the submission deadlines. There are also ongoing reporting deadlines with which we do not foresee any difficulty in complying with. Given the numerous different reporting dates we do not intend to update the shareholders after each requirement is met. However, we plan to give an overall update in our 10-Q for the third quarter which would be filed with the SEC and posted on our website in early to mid November. If any material issues come up between now and then with regard to the written agreement, or otherwise, we would report separately at that time. I hope this helps.
