Last year they released finacials. I think sales where around 1.25 million, but they were not even close to making a profit with admin costs over $400,000. Look in IBOX for this info. The TA will not release any info so you are correct on this. AS Is 10 billion shares 250,000 of them preferred. The os was released at the share holders meeting and at that time I think they said it was over 7 billion, but by now imo it is easy 8 to 9 billion.

I look once a week for new info on this company, but the well has been dry for some time now.
