i would expect it friday or monday, tuesday at the latest IMO. The engineers and gang got there on the 7th (according to the press release on the 27th), and the email I got from Bob Cotton(which you can read above), he said he was there (baja) a week prior to their arrival getting ready.
I think we will have a concrete date set once they scope out the land, the ore, and the port as to when mining will commence. According to the email he sent me, he has a plan to get rolling, now it is just executing. If there is a set date, the SP will jump hard and quick.
