Nothing about being a Sponge newbie, this is the same for any stock.
After a 100:1 R/S, for every 100 shares you had, you would have only 1 share, but it should (the operative word) be worth 100 times what it was before the split.
So if you have 100 shares now, and let's say the R/S happened now with the pps at $.13, worth a total of $13.00, after the split you would have 1 share, but it would still be worth $13.00.
There will be no fractional shares, they will round up, so if you had 150 shares now, you would have 2 shares after the split, not 1.5.
