Understand fully CB, but the perspective pends on which window you're looking through:

Buyer at .01 - .04: pps from .006 to .28, currently at .13: pretty darn good

Buyer at .14 - .204: pps from .23 - .12, currently at .13: pretty darn bad. These buyers didn't experience June 12th so that's why the high of the range is different.
