There were other ways to make them cover besides destroying retail shareholder value...like filing a clean, great 10K on time and announcing a 10:1 R/S when the PPS hit .50 because of it as they announced the timetable for the projected move to The NASDAQ...We had .25-1.00 in the crosshairs with the momo here!!! ... Disclosure ...took 75% off the table and locked up nice gains that COULD HAVE BEEN 3-4X higher on 9/1 if they filed on time...Determined NOT to learn ANOTHER R/S "lesson"... I'll jump back in later after the cloud lifts and I can see clearly again what SM is "up to"...gl
