I hereby request that you appoint an Official Committee of Equity Security Holders at your earliest convenience in the above mentioned case #.

With the current uncertainty of the true financial value of WMI due to ongoing litigation, I feel it is vital that the equity holders have some voice in the proceedings, a say in any settlement agreements, and to make certain that all and full value that exists be added to the estate.

This letter will be received by the folks at the Yahoo board who are currently in charge of this possible formation of an EC. I have decided (although my info is on record) not be involved with the formation of the EC or to participate in any more of the attorney conference calls. However, this is the info you asked for and I have no problem passing it along to you. Obviously, if an EC is ever formed/needed - the more shareholders the better - but you would be included whether you participated or not.
