the min is $4.00 and it has to trade above that level for 90 days before this can even be considered for NAZ. This would need to open at $15.00 post split to have a chance to be at the $4.00 level for any period of time.
Of course, a $4.00 post split price means your current holdings would be worth .04.
It will happen.. it always does.
