I am watching the video now, if we own the Bucket Line Dredge at the 37 minute mark, we are gona be rich. My guy in Magadan should be able to confirm if it is ours or not, there are very few of them in the world. That thing will bring up so much gold in so little time you would not believe. In Alaska we had the "American" dredge, that was her name, that that thing when it ran could produce 100 ounces a day in a good spot, even a bad location would produce 20, but it was always breaking down and since it was club owned it was hard to keep it running.
This is Magadan for sure, those Kamatso 375-A dozers are the ones my friend in Magadan told me to find for him. Thoses babys are huge and can move a heck of a lot of dirt. You can see about 20 minutes in how they are pushing the gravel into a pile and then washing it down a sluce with a water cannon. And when he tries to film the top of that hill, I hope like hell he is saying their gona push that whole damn hill down there. ;-P
This type of mining is very profitable, once they deplete the surface gold it costs more the deeper you have to go. If they just keep moving that mountain down in front of that water cannon, it will be very profitable. And it sure looks like they have the machinery to do just that.
In an email one poster here used the term "antiquated", this is Magadan Russia, this is about as high tech as it gets in a place like that. Remember that everything you see will be frozen solid for at least 6 months of the year, high tech does not do well being stored at 60 below zero. And did you notice near the beginning when the guy is in the "gold room", this is exactly how we were set up in Alaska, one guy only allowed in that room. You could see a guy looking in through a window, and you can be sure the camera guy was there only to film. If we own these places we should buy them a shaker table, it would really speed things up. I saw no signs of mercury so they may be throwing away 20% of the gold, a shaker table gets even the smallest dust. Mercury is outlawed for the sluce boxes but we used it and a shaker table in our gold room. Mercury is expensive and may not be easy to get in Magadan, also very toxic, you really need to know what your doing.
I am only about half way through the movie, gona finish now, laters!
