Scottrade says that the reason that they put CPRK on the restricted list was because the settlement times of 3 days was not being met and they are waiting for the transfer Agent to tell them that the stock is trading normally again.

If you have stock in CPRK then you they will accommodate your sells if you with to sell but until they get further notice the purchase of CPRK through Scottrade is on hold.

I guess the new transfer agent better get their stuff together.
