They never lied about it. They only stated it wasn't an option at one point in time. Option, point in time. If they came out and said we will "Never" do one then yes they lied.

They are still working on something and unfortunately we, the public, are not privy to this.

I and a good amount of us are still holding strong as we know the underlying fundamentals of the company are still strong.

Just wait until the 10-K comes out.

At that point a lot of answers should be given to us.
