It will not matter if Tues. or not, as long as mgmt. files it by 9/15. And whether pps goes up or down 1-2 cents now until then is of not matter. Its what will happen after 10k, latter PR's, listing App. announcement, possible ss, uplising to Nasadaq, to Infinity and beyond. spino, IMO.

Until 10k is filed traders will trade, shorties will short, we will anticipate daily.
