Sorry, I don't feel that I'm out of line in any way here. I've been pumped for information by too many people in the last 18 months. You came on the board out of the blue and we exchanged a few emails. You asked me a number of questions and when you got your answers you stopped responding to my emails and didn't tell me that you weren't interested. I did ask you questions via email, you stopped responding. You misspell your own name and say it's because you didn't spell check it. Come on, give me a little credit here... BTW, how long have you had that personal e-mail address?

You analyzed my information and found it too risky, yet you'll look at it again if I get the keys? What would have changed?

There are very few people that know what you know, so you aren't just anyone. One of the first clues I had about you was when you asked me a few months ago what I was doing in Nigeria when I hadn't told many people that I was even going. Now you tell me to tell the shareholders that this "competition" is between a Nigerian and me and that the Nigerian will win because they don't dislike Americans. The funny thing is, I know where that rumor got started, it happened a week ago by a woman involved in one of the groups that were invited to put in a proposal. I'm meeting with these people on a daily basis, I would have thought that I would have been tipped off by someone along the way, but maybe they just really don't want me to know.

If it's down to us and one Nigerian that's great because last I knew there were four groups involved and I was the only one that has turned in a proposal (as of yesterday). Of the other three, to be honest, I'm pretty confident of our chances against them. If your contacts get a hold of my proposal and let you see it, let me know what you think of it.

Does this information you got refer to Xechem Nigeria or the Niprisan license or both? There are two separate decisions being made...

When you say, "they" dislike Americans, can you be a bit more specific because there are a minimum of 10 people involved in this process, do they all dislike Americans? I'm thinking that executives at three large financial institutions and others in the Federal Government might not want it getting out that they dislike Americans, I can't imagine that would be a good thing.

I'm not sure when I'll be back, but if you're in the New Brunswick area I'm sure that Dr. Pandey and Colonel Pandey would love to meet with you. If not, let me know when you are and we'll set that up, we love having visitors with more knowledge about what we are doing than we have...
