Oh my Lord, no offense dude, but a 1:100 split has no initial affect on market capw hatsoever.

divide # shares by 100, but mulitply SP x 100 = 3M x $200, not $20, and still $600M market cap.

I hope you are just a relatively new investor trying to sort things out, because otherwise this may qualify as the worst case of bashing in history.
