I can try. I think the BLDV and ENCS "partnerships" over the last three years show Mr. Luiten did not have any plan for his company, was playing it by ear hoping to score anywhere, and indicates he still has no plan.

I think the following three quotes sum this up along with the fact that NOTHING was ever done with those contracts or relantionships.

1. ”I very much look forward to providing my expertise and serving as a biofuels trading partner with Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc., until the company begins its own production,” said Luiten, now CEO of Zenergy International, and formerly chief operating officer of INEOS Phenol, a division of INEOS Americas LLC.

2. "We see enormous opportunity in assisting Encore Energy with managing its biofuel production facilities and biofuel distribution efforts. Encore's acquisition and growth strategy are both excellent and we look forward to a strong year," stated Robert Luiten, CEO of Zenergy International, Inc.

3. And reported from a PM with Mr. Luiten here: Then there is the “partnership" with Encore Energy Systems (ENCS). Nothing further was ever PRd about this venture and it has been stated here that the deal was "nixed”.
