Give me some money and 30 days and I could put together a team that could run an oil company. It isn't that hard. Or better yet I could just buy a small oil company that already has a team in place. The fact that ERHE does not have a team ready to do that now (mainly because they don't presently need one) is irrelevant.

It's not much harder than going to the grocery store and buying what you need to fix dinner.
