Paradigm changed its name to Zenergy and its stock ticker from PTPC to ZENG. Paradigm is now Zenergy. It's called a reverse merger (RM)- that's what Business Week called it.

Zenergy is a Nevada Corporation. Paradigm was a Delaware Corporation which changed its name to the NOW "Zenergy International" then it changed its ticker from PTPC to ZENG. There may be a private Nevada corporation named Zenergy, but the stock trading here is the Delaware corporation.

A scam? - I will take your word for that. I have an email into Mr. Luiten too. He is the one who decided to get involved with a scam then.
