Why is the end of Sept the date? Is it a guess when something will happen? Was it stated in a PR? A guess to as when UL will be approved? And why cant the company just come out and say "we are waiting for UL approval"? or "the solar company fell through"...its not like it will hurt the PPS anymore then it is. JMO
