That indeed is a sad story, but it is very hard to pin any orders she received as a slodier to her suicide. She obviously had severe mental disorders, that is no doubt. The real problem here is that she slipped through the cracks and got to Iraq in the first place. With such a serious mental issue, there is no telling what she may have eventually done with a weapon there.
