Got a link to back that up?

I'd really like to see it. Cornell University Law School says differently.

TITLE 10 > Subtitle A > PART II > CHAPTER 47 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 813Prev | Next § 813. Art. 13. Punishment prohibited before trial
How Current is This? No person, while being held for trial, may be subjected to punishment or penalty other than arrest or confinement upon the charges pending against him, nor shall the arrest or confinement imposed upon him be any more rigorous than the circumstances require to insure his presence, but he may be subjected to minor punishment during that period for infractions of discipline.

So does John McCain. But what the hell does he know. Isn't that right Benz? You are the expert. So tell us all what McCain doesn't know.

For those who understand no explanation is needed, ...For those who don't none will.
